This is the 41st<\/sup> millennium–an age of wars. Since the God-Emperor of Mankind ended the Age of Strife and set up the Imperium of Man 10,000 years ago, his twenty <\/a>Primarchs<\/span><\/strong>[L1]<\/a> and sons started the Great Crusade to recapture every human colony which lost during the warp storm in the galaxy. As the banner of the Imperium was spreading fast, the best son of the Emperor–Warmaster Horus, betrayed his own father shamefully. We call it the \u2018Horus Heresy\u2019 .Half of the Emperor\u2019s Space Marine Legions converted to the worship of the four Chaos Gods. Though these rebels were ultimately defeated, the Emperor was critically wounded in the final battle with his traitor son Horus and survived on life support in a persistent vegetative state on the Golden Throne. In the absence of his guidance, the Imperium has to become a very brutal authoritarian regime. And now, the Imperium is simply fight for survival. Our story begins from 60 years ago. That time I was still served in the Imperial Guard in the 101st<\/sup> Cadian legion, served for the God-Emperor of Mankind as a normal guardsman. And I knew a man whose name is Charles Morgan, an old friend and a great legend of the Imperium of Man……<\/p>\n Chapter 1: For the Emperor!<\/p>\n The Far-East <\/a>Segmentum<\/span><\/strong>[L2]<\/a> of the Imperium<\/p>\n System of Chris<\/p>\n Chris No.1<\/p>\n West state<\/p>\n A mouth after landing……<\/p>\n \u201cWe need backup! Backup!\u201dA sergeant shouts loudly \u201cThere are too many of them! Retreat! Retreat!\u201d He waves his chainsaw sword and cuts a head of an ork \u201cFall back Guards!\u201dHe shouts again. The <\/a>lasgun<\/span><\/strong>[L3]<\/a> in his hand keeps spraying deadly laser beams.<\/p>\n \u201cSergeant Morgan?\u201dA young soldier stands beside him and says \u201cSir! We\u2019re running out of ammo!\u201dThe young soldier looks nervous \u201cWhat we gonna do, sir!<\/p>\n Charles looks at him, the young soldier had lost an eye in the battle before and his body armor has torn, blood on his face.<\/p>\n He puts down the sword \u201cI have no idea, just pray to the Emperor\u201d He says.<\/p>\n \u201cSeriously, sir?\u201d The young man says with fear on his face \u201cBut it has been three weeks since we were trapped here\u201d<\/p>\n Charles glances at him \u201cDon\u2019t worry son, our reinforcements will come soon, you must strengthen you faith guard and remember, you are not fighting for yourself or anything else, you are fighting for the emperor!\u201dHe turns around towards the young soldier \u201cOn your feet guard!\u201d<\/p>\n The soldier snaps to attention.<\/p>\n \u201cWho are you?\u201dHe asks loudly.<\/p>\n \u201cThe man of Cadia!\u201d The young man shouts.<\/p>\n \u201cWhat are you?\u201dHe asks again.<\/p>\n \u201cThe Sledgehammer of the emperor and the cornerstone of the Imperium!\u201dHe cries loudly, with frenzy on his face.<\/p>\n \u201cCorrect guard! Remember, we\u2019re the army from the <\/a>Eye of Terror<\/span><\/strong>[L4]<\/a> and we have nothing to fear! Now dismiss!\u201d<\/p>\n \u201cYes, sir!\u201dThe young man quickly pick up his lasgun and gets into his position.<\/p>\n Charles looks around ,they are in a small town in the west state of Chris No.1.Obviously orks have killed all the civilians before they came, he and his squad has been trapped here for three weeks, no backup, no fire support and no reinforcement. He knows that if there are still no backup or any supply, he and his men will soon be exhausted and they will finally become a big meal of these damn green hybrids.<\/p>\n \u201cWaaaaagh!!!\u201d<\/p>\n \u201cOrks incoming!!!\u201d A guard shouts.<\/p>\n \u201cHold your position guards!\u201dHe says \u201cIn his name, attack!!!\u201dHe puts the orks into the sight of his lasgun again and pulls the trigger.<\/p>\n \u201cBoom!!!!\u201dSuddenly, a big explosion happens in the centre of orks.<\/p>\n \u201cWhat the h……\u201dThen, a giant figure interrupts Charles, he looks up at the sky, and the sky turns into dark.<\/p>\n \u201cIt\u2019s the \u2018Kingfisher \u2019!\u201dA guard shouts excitedly.<\/p>\n \u201cPraise the God-Emperor\u201d Charles whispers.<\/p>\n Soon the giant figure shows itself–The Imperial Luna class cruiser \u2018Kingfisher \u2019.<\/p>\n With the powerful canons on it, the orks are completely in a mess.<\/p>\n \u201cWe made it! We made it!\u201dCharles shouts excited \u201cHere are our reinforcements!\u201d<\/p>\n \u201cYeah!!!!\u201d The last ten guards burst into cheers.<\/p>\n \u201cAll right guards!\u201dCharles stands out from the bunker \u201cLet\u2019s fight back!\u201dHe shouts \u201cImperial Guard! Attack!\u201d He holds his chainsaw sword and rushes towards the green sea in front of him \u201cFor the Emperor!!!\u201dThe sawtooth of high-speed rotation cuts a head of an ork easily, with blood splashing on his face.<\/p>\n \u201cFor the Emperor!!!\u201d So excitedly did the ten guards follow his step, hold their lasgun and shoot madly.<\/p>\n A big shadow appears from the horizon, it\u2019s the Leman Russ main Battle Tank, with 101st<\/sup> on its armor. The 400mm main gun can lacerate orks\u2019 bodies easily, and three heavy <\/a>bolters<\/span><\/strong>[L5]<\/a> on it could destroy everything which dares to approach them.<\/p>\n Then, another two Leman Russ Tanks appear.<\/p>\n \u201cIt\u2019s a tank squad!\u201d Charles shouts excited.<\/p>\n Then, more and more tanks appear and after these tanks, there are <\/a>Armoured Fist Squads<\/span><\/strong>[L6]<\/a>, Veteran Squads and the best of all\u2014the Storm Troopers, with <\/a>Hellgun<\/em><\/strong>[L7]<\/a> in their hands.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n \u201cGod……damned……humans!!!!\u201d A roar comes with anger.<\/p>\n \u201cA Warboss!\u201d Charles screamed \u201cAttention guards!\u201d<\/p>\n Then a big self-made missile fires from the green sea.<\/p>\n \u201cBOOM!!!\u201d The Leman Russ tank in the front was destroyed in a second. But obviously its\u2019 rude behaviour attracts more and more attentions. Thousands of laser beams and bullets fly towards it.<\/p>\n \u201cWaaaagh!!!!\u201d The ork Warboss covers its\u2019 face with its\u2019 big hand. \u201cI……will……be back!!!\u201d Then it turns around and run away quickly. The rest of orks cannot keep fighting any more without their boss and the guards soon clear the area, send every ork to the hell.<\/p>\n \u201cSergeant Charles Morgan!\u201d A captain of The Storm Trooper walks towards him. \u201cSorry man, we\u2019re late, the greenskins from north slowed us down.\u201d<\/p>\n \u201cThat\u2019s OK, I\u2019m already very glad that you come.\u201d<\/p>\n \u201cSo sergeant, get on the <\/a>Chimera<\/span>[L8]<\/a> over there, let\u2019s back to the ship, someone wants to see you.\u201d<\/p>\n \u201cSomeone? You must be kidding me!\u201d<\/p>\n \u201cAnd you should know that I\u2019m from the Ordo Malleus not the Ordo Xenos, so I\u2019m not in charge of the orks\u2019 business.\u201d<\/p>\n \u201cI know who you are, your majesty.\u201d Charles says \u201cYou came for daemons, but have you even think about what kind of daemon will choose such a poor world?\u201d<\/p>\n \u201cYou mean Chris? She\u2019s not poor in fact.\u201d Johnson says.<\/p>\n \u201cOh, that\u2019s not what I heard of.\u201d Says Charles.<\/p>\n \u201cThen what you think why you are here sergeant?\u201d He asks \u201cIf she is just a normal world, why would the commanding room send you guys here?\u201d<\/p>\n \u201cWhat?\u201d<\/p>\n \u201cI mean it\u2019s unnecessary to send a Cadian legion to a normal world, isn\u2019t it?\u201d<\/p>\n \u201cSo Chris must be something wrong.\u201d Says Charles.<\/p>\n \u201cAnd it must be something about Chaos!\u201d Answers Johnson \u201cClever sergeant!\u201d<\/p>\n \u201cSo why don\u2019t you find some Space Marines or <\/a>Adeptus Sororitas<\/span>[L10]<\/a>?\u201d Asks Charles.<\/p>\n \u201cOh~you know what\u2019s the meaning of \u2018stalk\u2019 sergeant? Who!\u201d<\/p>\n \u201cEasy sergeant.\u201d Johnson appears \u201cImpulsive young man.\u201d He sighs \u201cAnd you!\u201d He suddenly point at Eugene \u201cShut up your mouth Eugene! We are a team now!\u201d He looks around \u201cI don\u2019t want to see anything like this an more!
